The brief includes making a G+4 Modular Residential Apartment for group of Professors and Principals from various schools and colleges in Kolkata.  The building was made such that the owners get the option of a 2BHK & 3BHK flats of the same area, and they could chose who wants what. This made our clients highly involved in the elevation outcome of the project as both these types of flats had a different front look.
