The brief is to design a cafe on a narrow strip of land between two residential buildings. The site is beautiful as it has access from the main road on one side, while the opposite side faces the pond.

​

The main idea behind the design is to orient the view of the cafe towards the setting sun while providing ample shade to reduce heat. Measures will also be taken to enhance privacy and maximize sitting space in the small 2200sqft of land.
