The brief involved designing a G+6 Residential+Commercial building in Ranchi., where the upper 5 floors would be Residential Apartments each with 9 Master Bedrooms each with an attached balcony, a Gym/Study, Servant's Room, Kitchen, Dining & Living Spaces.

Keeping in mind the orientation of the site , the Western facade was vertically opened up to create the necessary buffer zone for both the west and the road side. South and North spaces were opened up through balconies.

Keeping the functional distribution and plan the same , different architectural forms and façade designs were attempted.
